4. Subscriptions and Payments

• SATVA operates on a monthly subscription model that provides access to curated matchmaking experiences, invitations to events, and app features.
• Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
• All prices include applicable GST.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through Android or iOS device settings.
• Dinner or event participation fees are not included in the subscription and may be charged separately, where applicable.

5. Event Participation & Conduct

By RSVPing for a SATVA dinner or event:

• You agree to attend on time and follow event etiquette.
• You will behave respectfully toward all participants.
• You will not engage in harassment, offensive conduct, or illegal activity.

SATVA may deny access or remove users from events for violations.

6. AI algorithmic Matching Disclaimer

Our AI generated algorithms offer compatibility insights derived from your personality test, astrological data, and preferences.
These are advisory insights — SATVA makes no scientific or psychological guarantees. All decisions and interactions are solely your responsibility.

7. Content & User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Post or share obscene, abusive, or misleading material.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Use SATVA for commercial promotion or spam.
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization.

Violations may result in account suspension or reporting under the IT Rules 2021.

8. Data Privacy
