You can manage your subscription directly in the Satva app under Settings > Subscription. For billing-related changes, submit a support request and include the email associated with your account.

Can I make individual privacy deletion requests?

Yes. You can request account or data deletion by emailing support@satvatrueconnectai.com or using the Delete My Account flow in the app.

How do curated dinners work?

Satva matches small groups of compatible singles for weekly curated dinners. You will receive an invitation in the app, RSVP, and meet at the selected venue.

I forgot my password. How do I sign in?

Satva uses Google, Apple, or Email sign-in. Use the same sign-in method you registered with. If you are locked out, submit a support request with your registered email.

How do I report someone?

You can report a participant from the dinner feedback screen in the app after an event.
